Reviews and photos help people choose a salon. These rules keep them honest and safe.
1Reviews
- Review a salon only after a completed, paid visit, and only about your own visit.
- Be honest. Say what happened, good or bad.
- No abuse, threats, hate speech, or personal details (phone numbers, addresses) about staff or anyone else.
- No advertising, links, or reviews written for payment or in exchange for a discount.
2Photos
- Upload only photos you took or have the right to share.
- No nudity, violence, or images of other people without their consent, and never of children.
- Before-and-after photos should show the real result, without filters that change it.
3For salons
- Salons may not write, buy or pressure customers for reviews.
- Service photos and prices must show what the salon actually offers.
- Salons may reply to a review once, politely, without sharing the customer's personal details.
4What we do
We may hide or remove content that breaks this policy, and suspend accounts that keep breaking it. We never remove a review just because it is negative. To report content, write to support@getslayon.com with a link or a screenshot.
